Fort Lauderdale, Florida (PRWEB) September 29, 2009

WebmasterRadio.FM and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) are extending a partnership agreement through which the online radio network receives exclusive, category-specific rights to report on PRSA conferences and events.

The largest Internet radio broadcaster in the business-to-business category, WebmasterRadio.FM will serve as the “Official Internet Radio Network of PRSA” at the PRSA 2009 International Conference, Nov. 7-10, in San Diego. WebmasterRadio.FM also will report on PRSA’s Digital Impact Conference and Silver Anvil Awards evening, and provide roving reporters to cover PRSA Professional Interest Section conferences, in 2010.

Additionally, WebmasterRadio.FM will partner with PRSA to develop and produce a podcast series focusing on public relations and communications best practices.

Interviews with PRSA spokespersons and event attendees will air on “Cover Story,” WebmasterRadio.FM’s popular public relations-focused radio program. The first interviews, which are scheduled to air on “Cover Story” on Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. (EDT), will preview two PRSA 2009 International Conference professional development sessions.

The first interview will feature industry consultant Shonali Burke, ABC, discussing public relations measurement conundrums; the second will pair Gayle Falkenthal, APR, president of the Falcon Valley Group, and Joan Gladstone, APR, Fellow PRSA, president of Gladstone International, offering advice to new and established independent public relations practitioners.

WebmasterRadio.FM first entered into a partnership with PRSA in 2006. To date, the agreement has included pre- and on-site coverage of PRSA conferences and events, and production of the “PRSA Diversity Today” podcast series.

“We’re excited to extend our partnership, which pairs PRSA’s highly respected industry content and thought leadership with the distribution strength of our vast online radio network,” says WebmasterRadio.FM President Brandy Shapiro-Babin. “Public relations is vital to the health of every organization, and our relationship with PRSA gives listeners access to industry information and education that will impact their businesses today and in the future.”
