The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort on St. Simon’s Island just got a new digital look, with a fully redesigned website, fresh logo, updated blog design, new email signature and new mobile website. St. Louis web design and web marketing company, The Net Impact, redesigned the websites, blog and email signature to maintain brand consistency. To facilitate easier website updating and improve search engine optimization, The Net Impact also implemented the Auctori content management system behind the new website design.

Since the worldwide mobile market is growing exponentially, The King and Prince requested that The Net Impact create a mobile version of their website too. Mobile websites typically highlight key landing pages and website features that users might search for on their phones. This saves mobile searchers the hassle of trying to read a standard website designed for a large computer monitor on a small device.

“We got to know a lot about The King and Prince while working on this project, said Mandy Christanell, Creative Director at The Net Impact. We learned how their visitors search for their brand and what compels them to book a room, we learned how those visitors relate to the brand and ultimately we got to influence the look and feel of that brand. It was a big responsibility, but we couldnt be more pleased with the new website, new mobile site and the consistency that we helped bring to their branding efforts.”

The most important goal of the new website design and branding elements was to maintain the resorts original spirit and keep the history alive. One of the most intriguing features on the new website is a collection of original photographs that illustrate the resorts evolution throughout the years.

We really wanted a fresh new website design while also maintaining the unique character of the resort, said Bud St. Pierre, Director of Sales and Marketing for The King and Prince. But we also wanted more than just a good design, we wanted a user-friendly website with easy navigation, and thats exactly what we got! Thats been our experience working with The Net Impact. They really listen to what we want and they exceed our expectations time and time again.

The Net Impact also manages Pay Per Click campaigns and other web marketing projects for The King and Prince.
