Launched in September, the three-month-long search engine marketing strategy drove over 3,000 clicks to the EMH career portal in its first eight weeks. What makes it such a resounding success, say campaign developers, is that this relatively small-budget campaign resulted in 145 applications to date, with an average cost-per-application of only $ 8.95.
