Widely known in the industry as the President and co-Founder of Range Online Media, Locke launched the digital agency in 2001. She was responsible for growing the company into a leading interactive agency until its acquisition by iProspect in 2009. In her new role as Global Chief Marketing & Performance Officer, Locke will be focused on extending iProspects footprint around the world, by supporting the growth and development of all local iProspect offices in the network.

As digital marketing continually evolves, clients are increasingly looking for global digital agencies of record, said Locke. Locke will be responsible for building a global reputation for the iProspect brand and driving success in three key areas of the global organization: sales, marketing, and talent. She will be overseeing the growth of iProspects global accounts, and driving the strategy development for global pitches. Global talent recruitment efforts will also be in Lockes purview. She will be contributing to human resources efforts by defining core talent requirements and developing effective hiring processes. In addition, Locke will also be responsible for identifying acquisition targets for iProspect that would add to the agencys core competencies, and guiding their integration into the network.

Misty is ideally suited for this role, said Robert Murray, Global CEO, iProspect. Given her experience and her proven ability to build and grow an agency — she has considerable digital marketing knowledge and insights to bring to the table for this position.
