MACOMB, MI (PRWEB) March 29, 2006

As most people notice, most church websites arent usually professionally done or dont provide people with information that they are really looking for such as, what the church believes, examples of the teaching, ect.

Thats why Jeremy Krakowski of http://desiretodesign.com offered to help Cavary Bible Chapel, a Non-Denominational Bible Believing Christian church located in Macomb, MI, start their website.

The website is based around a system that allows other church members to go in an edit the website themselves, given they have administrative privileges. The system is based on Joomla! Open Source, an open source content management system built with PHP/MySQL (can be downloaded and installed free at Joomla.org).

He used a custom template design and graphics to create the site and after just 2 days since the church purchased the domain name, the website was completed!

The site also features a PHP/MySQL based forum system running with PHPbb through Joomla! This allows members to stay in contact with each other abroad. There is also a member registration function that any visitors can log into to have access to exclusive content.

Some of the exclusive content includes the forum as well as free sermon mp3 audio recordings that are playable on all internet connections. One such recording that is on currently is A Christian in Todays Culture by speaker Kenny Barrett, who is the board with The Ezekiel Project from Tepse.org.

Calvary Bible Chapel Elders, Julio Ruvolo (SBG Construction), Mike Antos (General Motors), Bill Van Dyke (General Motors) and Chris Schroeder (TEPSE) all say that they are very pleased with the website and hope to see it grow into a complete resources for Christians all across the United States to use to study the word of God.

The Official Church website is http://calvarybiblechapel.us
