She will be contributing to human resources efforts by defining core talent requirements and developing effective hiring processes. In addition, Locke will also be responsible for identifying acquisition targets for iProspect that would add to the agencys core competencies, and guiding their integration into the network.

Misty is ideally suited for this role, said Robert Murray, Global CEO, iProspect. Given her experience and her proven ability to build and grow an agency — she has considerable digital marketing knowledge and insights to bring to the table for this position.
